Scope
MyJob brings Kenyan opportunities into one place — county and national government, state corporations, private companies, NGOs, universities and agencies — searchable by county, employer, sector, profession and qualification. It distinguishes ordinary listings from public-sector vacancies, internships, attachments and graduate programmes.
Candidates keep a single structured profile and reusable CV, apply with it, and track every application. Employers publish and manage vacancies and run the full recruitment workflow: screening, shortlisting, interviews, selection, offers and appointment, with reporting and analytics on each campaign.
Trust is built in rather than added: employers and vacancies are verified to keep out fake, expired and duplicated adverts, each organisation's data is isolated, and applications and actions are recorded in an immutable audit trail.
