Roundcube Kenya is the data controller for information submitted through this website. To reach us about anything on this page, use the details on our contact page.

Only what you type into a form, and only when you send it:

• Your name, company, email address and phone number.
• What you tell us about the project — the location, the type of work and your requirement.
• Any drawings, bills of quantities or specifications you choose to attach.

We do not use advertising trackers, and this site embeds no third-party analytics, fonts or maps.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

Your enquiry is emailed to the member of staff who handles that kind of request, and is stored so that whoever picks it up can see its history.

Enquiries and their attachments are kept while they are being handled and afterwards as a record of the work. A file uploaded but never sent with an enquiry is deleted automatically within a day.

Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it.
