MyFarm

MyFarm helps a farmer know what they planted, what they spent, what they should do next, how the crop is performing and how much they made. It follows the whole production lifecycle: land and leases, farms and plots, crop cycles and protocols, operations, inputs, labour and irrigation, field inspections, pest and disease management, harvest, grading and storage, and sales.

It serves individual farmers, farmer groups and cooperatives, field officers, agronomists, and county and NGO programmes organised by county, subcounty, ward and village. Field officers capture inspections, photos and evidence, and verify milestones; agronomists review crop health and issue recommendations.

Every operation carries its costs, so profitability per plot and per crop cycle comes out of the records rather than a separate spreadsheet. The mobile app works offline and synchronises when a connection returns. Onions are the first reference crop, and the platform is designed for others from the start.
